E-BIKES NEED TO KNOW

Stage 1 E-bike group: 18:45

Stage 2 & 3 E-bike group: 07:45

Important things to keep in mind:

1. Please check that your entry clearly indicates that you will be participating with an e-bike. Failing to do so will result in a time penalty. We need to prepare enough charging stations for all e-bikes. Please send us a mail to info@urbangoat.co.za to update your entry.
2.We provide charging facilities but you are still in charge. Always double-check your e-bike charger and check whether it is still snugly plugged in.
3. Make sure to plug in your e-bike as early as possible to avoid Load-shedding interruptions.
4. Arrange with the registration team to have an extra e-bike battery taken along to a specific water point should you need a backup.
5. Clearly mark your spare battery and charger before the event.
If you are cycling with a standard mountain bike and would like to cycle with your partner with an e-bike, you will need to hang back and depart with the e-bike group.
